Introduction to Honor 400 Series

Following the recent release of the Honor 400 Lite, Honor is gearing up to expand its lineup with the introduction of two new models: the Honor 400 and the Honor 400 Pro. Just days after renderings of these models surfaced, their technical specifications have been leaked, offering a glimpse into what consumers can expect.

Honor 400 Specifications

The Honor 400 is anticipated to feature a sleek 6.55-inch AMOLED display, boasting a 120 Hz refresh rate and extraordinary peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits. It will also include advanced eye comfort features like Dynamic Dimming, AI Circadian Night Display, AI Defocus EyeCare, and Ultra-Dark Mode.

This smartphone is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, coupled with a robust 5300 mAh battery supporting 66 W fast charging. The camera setup will comprise a 200 MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 12 MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 50 MP front-facing camera for selfies.

Running on the latest Android 15-based MagicOS 9.0, the device will offer various AI tools. Additional features include NFC, stereo speakers, an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance, and an under-display fingerprint sensor. The Honor 400 is expected to weigh 184 grams and be 7.3 mm thick.

Honor 400 Pro Specifications

The Honor 400 Pro will come with a slightly larger 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display. It is expected to house the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Unique to the Pro model will be a 50 MP telephoto camera, complementing the existing camera suite.

Although it shares the same battery capacity as the Honor 400, the Pro model will support faster 100 W charging. Other notable features include an IP68/IP69 rating for enhanced protection against water and dust, integrated AI features, Google Gemini support, a weight of 205 grams, and a thickness of 8.1 mm.

Launch and Availability

The Honor 400 series is slated for a launch in China in May. Following the domestic release, these devices are also expected to make their way to global markets, with availability anticipated in our country.
