Following the success of the Amazon Prime Video adaptation, iwot Studios, the creative force behind the series, is now venturing into the gaming world. The studio has embarked on developing a AAA (high-budget) game that promises to immerse players in an expansive open world.

Although the specifics remain under wraps, it has been disclosed that the development process will span approximately three years. This ambitious project is expected to mesh seamlessly with the ongoing narrative of the television series.

Connecting Universes

To lead this groundbreaking endeavor, iwot Studios has recruited industry veteran Craig Alexander, who brings a wealth of experience from his tenure with Warner Bros. Entertainment, Activision, and EA. The studio is dedicated to crafting a cohesive universe that intertwines with The Wheel of Time series. Among them, one is destined to be the “Dragon Reborn,” a figure prophesied to combat looming darkness.

Their guide, Moiraine, a member of the mystical Aes Sedai sisterhood, aids them on this perilous journey. As their path unfolds, friendships are tested, latent powers come to light, and the world teeters on the brink of war.
