Samsung is on the verge of completing its preparations for the highly anticipated Galaxy S25 Edge, the latest addition to the Galaxy S25 series. This model, which had previously only been seen as prototypes, is set to be unveiled at a dedicated Unpacked event.
When is the Galaxy S25 Edge Launch? The big reveal is expected to take place on May 13, with pre-orders beginning on May 14. These pre-orders will continue until May 20. Initially, the model will be exclusive to South Korea and China, with an anticipated release in the US following shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, Samsung has yet to announce a release for other international markets.
Additionally, it is noted that the initial production will be capped at 40,000 units, potentially causing limited availability and stock concerns.
This innovative model is rumored to sport a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, coupled with 12 GB of RAM, and is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery. On the camera front, users can expect a dual sensor setup featuring 12 MP and 200 MP lenses. One of the standout features of the Galaxy S25 Edge is its remarkably slim design, claimed to be only half as thick as the Z Fold 6, making it exceptionally compact.
A recently leaked video, which has since been removed, provided a glimpse into the device’s sleekness and some hardware details. The rationale behind Samsung’s decision to initially target just three markets remains unclear.
