OPPO is gearing up to make a splash with its eagerly awaited Reno 14 smartphone series. Leaks have provided us with an official glimpse into the design and some key technical specifications of the Reno 14 lineup.
The OPPO Reno 14 promises a distinct and innovative design language. A standout feature is the new ‘cannon barrel’ camera layout on the rear, crafted using advanced cold carving techniques. The phone’s aluminum alloy side bezels and rounded corners bear a resemblance to iPhone models, offering both style and durability.
On the front, the Reno 14 boasts a 6.59-inch LTPS OLED display with a crisp 1.5K resolution. The screen supports a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring an immersive viewing experience. Additionally, a 50-megapixel selfie camera is positioned on the front for high-quality self-portraits.
The rear of the Reno 14 houses a sophisticated triple camera setup, featuring a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a telephoto camera equipped with the Samsung JN5 sensor.
Under the hood, the Reno 14 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, promising efficient and powerful performance. The device is equipped with a robust 6,000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging, ensuring quick power-ups and extended usage.
The Reno 14 integrates a fingerprint scanner within the display for seamless security. It also includes an infrared sensor, enhancing its functionality.
Out of the box, the Reno 14 runs on the ColorOS 15 interface, which is based on Android 15, providing users with a modern and intuitive operating system.
