OnePlus is set to reveal its latest flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 13T, at the end of April 2025. As part of the celebrated ‘T’ series, this new model promises substantial improvements in both performance and charging capabilities over its predecessors.

Key Specifications of OnePlus 13T

Under the hood, the OnePlus 13T will feature the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, paired with a substantial 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The display is a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel, designed to minimize eye strain through a variable refresh rate ranging from 120 Hz to 144 Hz, and enhanced by 2,160 Hz PWM dimming.

Revolutionary Charging and Camera Features

A standout feature of the OnePlus 13T is its 150W SUPERVOOC fast charging technology, capable of fully recharging the 5,000 mAh battery in an impressive 17 minutes. Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the advanced camera system, which includes a 50 MP Sony IMX890 main sensor, a 50 MP ultra wide-angle camera, and a 64 MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.

Software and Additional Features

The device will operate on OxygenOS 15, based on Android 15, with a commitment to four years of OS updates. Additional premium features include stereo speakers, an X-axis linear motor, and IP68 water/dust resistance.
