In a large bowl, combine the butter, powdered sugar, egg, sifted flour, ground almonds, grated lemon zest, and enough water to form a smooth dough. Knead gently and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 30 cm in diameter and fit it into a 26 cm tart pan, trimming any excess.
For the filling, cook the pumpkin with half of the sugar and a pinch of cloves until tender. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with the remaining sugar until light and frothy.
Blend the cooked pumpkin, beaten eggs, and milk using a mixer until smooth. Stir in the cream, molasses, ginger, coconut, and cinnamon, mixing until well combined.
Pour the aromatic filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C (approximately 390 degrees F) for 45 minutes, or until the center is set and the crust is golden brown.
